Meet Dr. Vijaya Kallam

Dr. Kallam, previously known as Dr. Tippireddy, earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Meenakshi Ammal Dental College in Tamil Nadu, India in 1999. Later, she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with honors from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, CA. She is an esteemed member of the Tau Kappa Omega Honor Society, a dental honor society founded in 1927 at the College of Physicians and Surgeons. This society recognizes students who exemplify exceptional ideals, scholarship, and character. Since 2012, Dr. Kallam has completed the Aesthetic Continuum and has actively participated in the DFW Seattle Study Club. She continues to be a part of mastermind groups in different facets of ongoing research in dentistry. Her dedication to ongoing education is evident as she consistently undertakes advanced courses to enhance her skills and provide her patients with exceptional dental care, emphasizing a gentle and comfortable experience. She has pursued additional training in Invisalign, implant restoration, and advanced endodontics. Dr. Kallam holds memberships in prestigious organizations such as the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and the North Texas Dental Association, showcasing her commitment to the dental profession and its community. With an extensive dental career spanning over 22 years, Dr. Kallam enjoys exploring personal interests such as reading, expanding her knowledge, unwinding, and indulging in culinary adventures by sampling new foods and dining at various restaurants. An impressive feat is her fluency in five languages: English, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and Urdu. This linguistic versatility enables her to communicate effectively with diverse patients, fostering a deeper understanding and connection. “Dr. Mark Davis once said, `The dentistry is only part of the patient’s experience. Complete dentists treat the mouth and the mind.’ With this in mind, I seek to not only provide my patients with expert dental care but care that’s considerate and compassionate as well.”
